Apple Butter Pie

½ cup Sugar
3 Tbsp. Flour
½ cup Apple butter
2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
2 Eggs
2 ½ cups Milk
½ tsp. Nutmeg
1 unbaked Pastry shell

Combine ingredients and beat thoroughly. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in hot oven (450 degrees) 10 minutes, reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 40 minutes longer, or until firm.
