Apple and Rutabaga Salad

Serves 6

½ cup Salad oil
½ cup Evaporated milk
3 Tbsp. Vinegar
½ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Rosemary
Dash of Pepper
3 Tbsp. Sugar
2 cups unpeeled chopped Apple
2 cups shredded rutabaga
Lettuce

Combine all ingredients except apple and rutabaga in blender. Cover and process a few seconds until dressing is creamy and smooth. Combine apple and rutabaga and pour dressing over the mixture. Mix lightly and chill. Serve on lettuce.
